Overview
- Teachers are able to view a list of students in classes or groups.
- Teachers are able to view each student's completion or lodgement status.
- Teachers are able to view each student's score.
Viewing student assessment information
Open the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check online tool then follow these steps:
- In the student list page, each student’s assessment completion status and score will be displayed. Once the assessment is lodged for a student, their score is displayed (count of correct responses) on the circle beside the student's name. If a student has not been assessed their score will remain ‘na’ in the grey circle. Withdrawn students are also displayed as ‘na’.
- Use the filters to view a list of students belonging to a specific score range. For example, click on the 'Carefully monitor' button to view a list of students who fall under the Carefully monitor score range.
- Use the Filter by option as to view a list of students that are lodged/continue progress/start/withdrawn status.
