Download the Class assessment summary
- In the student list page, click the Class summary button then select Class assessment summary to download the Class summary report Excel file
- The Excel file will be downloaded to your computer. In the first tab labelled Class Summary analysis the file includes the summary of responses for all students in the selected class or group.
- The second tab labelled Phonic Knowledge Summary, includes the Grapheme/Phoneme summary. Correct answers are marked in green and incorrect answers are pink.
Download the Student assessment analysis (for teachers)
- Once a student's assessment has been lodged, the download button for the Student assessment analysis will be enabled.
- From the student list, click 'For teachers' button to download the Student assessment analysis for a specific student.
The Student assessment analysis PDF file will download to your computer. The PDF file contains information on:- Observation summary: includes the list of words that were correct or incorrect
- Observation diagnosis: skills and learning progression indicators that were demonstrated or not demonstrated by the student based on their assessment responses
- Additional information about phonics
- Resources for teachers for supporting their students
- To download the PDF reports in bulk, click the Download all button on the student list page. This will download the PDF reports into a zip file which can be saved on the computer. The zip file will contain reports for all assessed students in the class. Withdrawn students will not have a report.
