Principals or their delegates can complete this task. 

  1. In AMU click on ALAN - Assessing Literacy and Numeracy application press Next
  2. Scroll to bottom of staff list.  Click View & Add Staff not at this site
  3. Click on DEC State Wide staff search
  4. Add staff surname and first name click on Search Staff
  5. Click on new staff member name.  Staff member will populate to your staff list
  6. Allocate relevant ALAN access to staff member (if you do not issue access, staff member will not be included in your staff list)
  7. In left column, press Home
