- Navigate to the assessment you want to assign (Supplementary Year 7 Reading, or Supplementary Year 7 Numeracy). This guide only shows Reading, but the process is identical for Numeracy.
- Select Assign to students
- Use the Year dropdown menu to select Year 7 and choose either All Year 7 students or a specific class to view available students.
- Use the checkboxes to select the students you would like to sit the test.
You can also use the Magnifying glass icon to open the search bar to help find specific students.
- If you have selected students from different classes/groups, you will need to choose whether you would like the results to be shown separately for each class/group, or show the results for all selected students together.
- Select Assign now.
- The success message will then show. Select Copy link to get the link to the student dashboard.
- Share the link to the student dashboard with any students who have been assigned the test.
This could be via email, MS Teams, Google Classroom, QR code or another method that works for your school. Below is an example of a QR code generated by Google Chrome.
