Students will need to be provided with a link to access the Student dashboard.
Copy the link
Staff can copy the link from multiple locations:
- the 'Copy link' button on the success message that appears when assigning an assessment. or from the assessment activity page of an already assigned assessment.
- the 'Copy student link' button on the assessment activity details page
Share the link
Once the link has been copied, it needs to be pasted into a location that students can access or shared with them.
This could be via email, MS Teams, Google Classroom, QR code, setting up an icon on a local intranet page, or another method that works for your school. Below is an example of a QR code that links to the student dashboard generated by Google Chrome.
Technical and device requirements for students
Check that your student devices meet the minimum requirements by opening the Assessment System Diagnostics page on a student device that you plan to use.
