The student assessment analysis interface can be used to download and review completed individual student assessment analysis (summary reports).
The following assessment analysis are available:
- Best Start Kindergarten: Literacy, Numeracy and Parent feedback summary for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024
- Year 1 Phonics screening check: Student assessment analysis for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024, Class summary analysis for the years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. School trends, click search to show results from the last 4 years.
- IfSR Number and place value: Student assessment analysis for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- IfSR Multiplicative thinking: Student assessment analysis for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- IfSR Additive thinking: Student assessment analysis for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- Phonological awareness diagnostic: Student assessment analysis for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
- Phonics diagnostic assessment: Student assessment analysis for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024. Class summary analysis for 2022 abd 2023.

Steps to download a student assessment analysis
1. Click on the Student assessment analysis tile
2. Select the Assessment and Analysis type
3. Use the Date assessed field to select the year that the student was assessed.
Note: Each academic year starts on the first day of Term 1. For example, the 2022 academic year runs from the first day of Term 1 (24 Jan 2022) to the last day before Term 1 starts in the following year (26 Jan 2023).
4. Select the students Current year level and the Current class/group
4. Select the Current students whose assessment you want to view
- Use the check box at the top to select all students
- Search for individual students via the search box
6. Click Search to view the results
7. The specified results will be displayed in a list
- Click the arrow keys next to each heading to sort the list. You can sort by Student, Analysis or Date assessed.
- The Date assessed column displays the date the assessment was lodged. If a student has no assessment is available to download based on the search criteria, this column will display ‘No lodgement’.
- Search for individual students by typing their name into the search bar and selecting enter
- Use the check box to select individual student assessments to download or Select all
8. Once you have selected the student assessments, click Download. The specified documents will go to your downloads folder as a zip file.
