Overview
- Each IfSR-MT section can be assessed and lodged multiple times.
- All tasks in each section must be completed to lodge the section.
- All tasks within a section do not need to be administered. However, all questions must be completed in order to lodge the assessment. This can be achieved by marking the unadministered tasks or sub-sections as ‘Not given’.
How to lodge the assessment
1. Open the IFSR-MT online tool.
2. Select the student you want to assess.
3. Select the section you want to assess.
4. Start and administer the assessment. All tasks within a section do not need to be administered. However, all questions must be completed in order to lodge the assessment. This can be achieved by marking the unadministered tasks or sub-sections as ‘Not given’.
5. Once you have completed all the tasks, you can lodge the assessment by selecting the Finish interview button. A pop-up screen will be displayed, showing the list of tasks Answered, Not answered or Flagged. The Lodge button will be disabled and you will not be able to lodge the assessment until all tasks are answered/completed.
6. In the 'Finish interview' pop-up screen, you can:
- use the filter to view the list of Answered, Not answered and Flagged tasks
- return to a specific task by clicking a task button
- mark the remaining unanswered/incomplete tasks (tasks that were not administered) as 'Not given'
- save your progress and exit the assessment page, by selecting the 'Save and exit' button
- lodge the assessment by selecting the Lodge button - The Lodge button will be disabled and you will not be able to lodge the assessment until all tasks answered/completed.
7. Once all tasks have been completed, select Finish interview button then click Lodge to lodge the assessment. All responses will be saved and cannot be modified once the assessment has been lodged.
8. A message will display to confirm the lodgement. lick the OK button to exit the assessment page and return to the IfSR-MT main page.
9. The lodged section is now marked as 'Completed' and you can download the Student assessment analysis by selecting the Analysis button.
