Overview

When a New SGT group is no longer used or teaching period has passed you can mark the group as inactive. In addition an inactive New SGT group can also be marked as active again.


Note: All New SGT groups including ‘Archive’ in the group name before 2022 have been automatically marked as inactive.


How to mark a New SGT group as inactive

From 'PLAN2 - Manage groups'

  1. Navigate to the Manage groups page and click Search to view all groups
  2. Select ‘Edit' the New SGT group
  3. Select ‘Mark as inactive’ (Checked)
  4. Select 'Save


How to mark a New SGT group as active

From 'PLAN2 - Manage groups'

  1. Navigate to Manage groups page

  2. Select Show inactive groups

  3. ‘Edit’ the SGT group



  4. Select ‘Mark as inactive’ (Unchecked)

  5. Select 'Save
