Students who are unable to participate in the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check can be withdrawn from the assessment.
Only students who have not been assessed or are not in progress of the assessment can be withdrawn.
To withdraw a student, click the Start button corresponding to the student. Select Withdraw student and enter a reason for withdrawing.
A student can be withdrawn because they are absent or, if there are other reasons, enter the reason.
Confirm the student is to be withdrawn from the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check. The student status will change to withdrawn.
