Overview
The 2021 COVID intensive learning support program (CILSP) will provide small group tuition for students who need it most across NSW primary, secondary and specialist schools.
All schools will evaluate the impact of the COVID intensive learning support program. Schools can use existing tools such as PLAN2 to support the evaluation.
How to access PLAN2
School activation
Schools must be activated in ALAN/PLAN2 so that teachers and school staff may gain access to PLAN2, Best Start Kindergarten and Best Start Year 7 and all other apps in the ALAN suite. Please request activation of your school by emailing the ALAN Support Team at ALANSupport@det.nsw.edu.au.
Provisioning of access
- DoE schools: Manage staff access in AMU
- Non-DoE schools: Get support from your CSNSW or AIS contacts
Log in to PLAN2 as a CILSP additional educator
- Select the PLAN2 tile on the ALAN homepage.
- You will be prompted to confirm your identity.
- Select Yes if you are an Additional educator for CILSP.
- Select No if you are not an Additional educator for CILSP and will be using PLAN2 as a class teacher
NOTE: This prompt will be displayed to you only once. If you wish to change your settings, log an EdConnect query or contact the Support Team.
- After confirming your identity, PLAN2 will open to the Class observations screen.
