The supplementary guide assists teachers to gather further information on students where the BSKA did not provide sufficient or accurate information about the student’s knowledge and ability.
This guide assists teachers to have a conversation with parents and carers to gather information by administering questions to gather information about a child's skills, strengths and areas of need. This can support teachers in the creation of differentiated teaching and learning programs. Τhe questions in this guide are aligned with the Best Start Kindergarten questions and are intended to gather similar information.
