Overview

Staff with Administration access can manage school information within ALAN. Staff are to ensure the correct information appears on the Best Start Kindergarten Assessment - Parent feedback summary. 


To update school information:
1. From the ALAN homepage, select Administration (top right corner of the page).


2. Select Manage school info


3. To update the school logo, click the Choose file to upload button, then select the file and click Open. The logo will need to be in the below format.


Logo format information:

  • Format of logo is either .jpeg, .jpg, .png
  • Size of logo should be 100px width x 50px height
  • The logo can be either coloured or black & white


3. Use the Manage school info page to edit school details, including the School email, School phone, Principal name and School website. When you are done click Update school details.
