The Manage My Access (MMA) tool allows school staff to make a request to the Principal or Delegate for access to Assessing Literacy and Numeracy (ALAN) application including Online assessments, ALAN assessments and PLAN2.  



1.    Log on to the DoE portal and go to My applications 



2.   Type MMA in the Find your bookmark here search bar to locate the Manage My Access tool and then select Show details to view the bookmark.  


3.    Select  Add to my essentials list  


 



4.    Open Manage My Access (MMA) by selecting the tile from My essentials on the Staff portal Home screen  


5.    Select the applicable school from the drop-down list if you are working across multiple schools  




6.    Select Individual Access and then click Next





7.    Click on the line for the (ALAN) Assessing Literacy and Numeracy – PLAN2- Online assessments  pop up box to appear.



8.    Select your required access permissions and then select Send Request



Levels include:



ALAN USER

  • Access PLAN2 and all assessment tiles. 
  • Create and Edit 'all school' Groups.
  • Create and Edit ‘user created’ Areas of Focus and Area of Focus templates.
  • Download all reports.

 

ALAN ADMIN

  • In addition to ALAN USER permissions, can update school information and Create and Edit ‘school created’ Areas of Focus and Area of Focus templates.

 

Note:  Roll classes automatically uploaded.  


AIS users please note you require access to the Administration tile to upload their classes.


9. Once the Send Request button has been selected the message ‘Your access request has been sent’ will be visible on the screen.

 

 

The Principal or Delegate will receive an email notification of your request for access and they will then be able to manage your access in Manage Staff Access (MSA) or AMU.
