Overview
- Teachers are able to view a list of students in classes or groups from any year level.
- Teachers are able to view each student's completion or lodgement status in each subskill.

Viewing student assessment information
Open the Phonological awareness diagnostic assessment online tool then follow these steps:
- Select the Year and Class/group of the student you want to view. A student list will display.
- Select a student from the list.
- The selected student's completion status in each subskill will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- If a subskill is not yet assessed, it is labelled 'Not assessed'. To start assessing a subskill, click the 'Assess' button.
- If a subskill has been started but paused, it is labelled 'Paused'. To resume assessing this subskill, click the 'Continue' button.
- If a subskill has been lodged, it is labelled 'Assessed'. To re-assess this subskill, click the 'Re-assess' button.
- Select another student from the student list to view their assessment information.
